Not reliable hot water, expensive parking only nearby, poor maid service, unpleasant front desk. Slow bathroom drain, no shampoo

The furnishings are worn poorly kept. Desk chairs have holes in them and not all the rooms are clean. It is a shame since the building is in a good location and the suites would be ideal for business and other travelers with better upkeep. Some of the staff would benefit from retraining. Read your bill carefully as you may receive one with the wrong information as I just did.

Perfect location but parking next door was $60. Per day. I would love maid service every day for $300 per night but we did get towels. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the head of the kitchen was super nice! I would go back!

Terrible organization for breakfast. Not enough places to seat, long lines for getting food, not replacing food that runs out like coffee, and pancake syrup, as examples.

I had stayed at the hotel in 2016 when it was newer. The service seems to have fallen off somewhat since my last stay. Shower pressure and water temperature were less than desirable. Towels were threadbare and need to be replaced. The facilities and rooms were generally clean, but could use some upkeep and maintenance. The hotel remains very convenient and centrally located for access to both the historic district in the east and the arts district to the west. Location is, however, the main thing going for the hotel.

The hotel was in disrepair. The location wasn’t bad but that was overshadowed by the shoddiness of the hotel and facilities.

Really dirty. I don’t know how this passes health code. It’s weird, the kitchen looks newish, but the walls are super dirty and smeared with who knows what and the beds sound and feel like they are several decades old. The staff were very short with me and didn’t seem helpful. I felt like I was discriminated against due to my race, they were giving all the attention to their own ethnic groups.

I've been staying once a year since 2015 in this property for an event that i have every April in the convention center, this property is not half of what it used to be, the hotel in general in highly unmaintained, you can see rats running back and forth in the lobby (side where the breakfast is served). Every time i entered my room i had allergy (i'm not allergic) i even had to buy medication for this so i could sleep. I prayed every day to the event to end so i could leave the hotel. The staff is rude, the services in general have decayed. This was my last stay here and i won't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Prepare to be transported to a world of luxury and opulence here. This hotel is a true masterpiece of hospitality, where every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection. From the moment you step through the doors, you will be greeted by an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The rooms at this hotel are nothing short of breathtaking. Immaculately designed and furnished with the highest quality materials, they are spacious, comfortable, and exude a sense of refined luxury. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the linens are soft and inviting, and the views are simply stunning. The amenities at this hotel are truly impressive. The pool and spa are immaculately maintained and offer a serene oasis of relaxation. The fitness center is equipped with the latest equipment, and the staff is always on hand to assist you with anything you may need. The dining options at this hotel are simply phenomenal. The restaurants offer a wide variety of exquisite cuisine, ranging from traditional dishes to international fare, all prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented with a level of artistry that is truly impressive. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment you arrive, you will be treated like royalty by a team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring that your stay is amazing

Right next to Redding market.

Bed cover need change.

Everyone was so friendly its close to all the great areas

This property is a half a block from the convention center however this property is in need of major renovations I don’t know when the last time the carpet in the hallway had been cleaned it has big stains in it the beds and the mattresses are old there the facility where the dining area is you can see that the couches where you have the tables are worn from people thousands of people sliding in and out of them and the hotel front desk staff was very unfriendly to my roommate had the nerve to ask if she had a head of ID when we were putting our names in well of course we had an ID they know we just came in and we flew there from California it’s just ridiculous. We asked for housekeeping service for the whole week housekeeping didn’t come to our room for four days and there were three women in that room we did exactly what the hotel staff asked us to do and they failed to follow through we had to get the housekeeping manager up to our room in order for housekeeping to come if you’re looking for a full kitchen it is not a full kitchen it does not have a stove it has a hot plate so but all in all for what I needed it for it was convenient to the convention center because I was there for a convention but like I said this hotel is in need of a major major renovation

The staff was extra awesome!

Breakfast was not good any day. Bathroom was out of order in the lobby. My remote in my room did not work at all even after replacing the batteries. There is a bad bearing in the refrigerator in room 824 which was my room. It was so loud you could not sleep.
