Terrible wifi.
It's an old building that has been updated. Rooms are comfortable, clean and bess are very comfortable. The only thing is details: the bathroom door was broken and didn't close and the ceiling in the bathroom needs some love, it has a safe, microwave, coffee maker and a fridge.Overall the experience was good. It does have parking, free shuttle to Universal, a big pool, convenience store and concierge for your local plans. The staff was very nice as well.please says thank you to the person who check me in and out. They were very professional and fast.

Check in was smooth and staff was very friendly. Parking was included and very convenient. Hotel is older and needs a bit of updating but for a quick place to sleep, it works!
There’s lots of roaches everywhere
Staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and in all was supportive. Facility was clean and ind great condition.
I stayed here because of the charging station that was on property and it was only hotal I could find with the charging station for electric vehicles. The first desk clerk told me I was the only electric vehicle on property, so i should have no problem. Well that was not true as there was another vehicle was charging (its only one charging station on property). The other down side was the roaches in the room and the shower head.
The beds were comfortable. It was pretty quiet.
Location and price was acceptable.
Our room had a very sour odor, but the maid came back and recleaned it. Other than that, everything was great
Awesome location, clean rooms, friendly stuff Will be better if pool and jacuzzi closed later and pool would open earlier than 8 am Anything else just perfect!
The room was dirty and smelly. The pictures of the room are not accurate to reality. I never see the housekeeper. The bathroom sink was dirty and black, the mirror frame was broken and dirty. I reserved a room with a view of the pool. I got a bedroom with view to the street.
The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were ready to help us with any issues we had.
