The Wonderful Villas & The Waterpark
Great property with bedrooms and kitchen fully stocked. I wish I can bring this resort on all my trips around the country
The staff at the front desk was very rude. They would not acknowledge your existence until you walked up at started talking to them. Orbitz stressed there would be an additional $35 dollar resort fee, however charges and fees added up to an extra $100 for a one night stay. Ridiculous Floor in room was dirty, covered with chocolate and sticky, house keeping came up to clean an hour after we called them. Had several more people come up to room multiple times after a storm went through knocking patio furniture over shattering a glass table. Beware.
We stayed in a 3 BR villa in the Heritage Crossings section. Unit was in average condition but could definitely use some repair (broken cabinets, worn furniture, etc.) Building was noisy and residents could be heard entering and exiting throughout the night. Most disappointing was two separate altercations in the common areas (between permanent residents) took place during our 1 night stay. We felt compelled to remain inside instead of being able to enjoy the grounds. On the positive side was the water park. Facility is very clean and well kept. Entire family enjoyed the slides, pools, and non-water activities.
The room and property was nice. However, the kitchen sink kept clogging, there was broken glass on the floor when we got there, and a bug in my shower. The water park (main reason for going with kids) was fun, but the bar has a long line and took us 45 min to get a round of drinks. Maybe add a bartender or two? Other guests were unhappy as well, especially since the drinks are $13 a piece with a standard pour of 1.25 ounces of booze. Debbie on the phone was extremely rude when I called with a question (from my room) and I was asked “do you even have a reservation?”, and pretty much hung up on me. They also have a huge stray cat problem which is really sad. Would prob not return in the future.
We had roaches in our room. The pillows were filthy. We were overcharged. The worst experience at a hotel I have ever had.
Beautiful property that is very well maintained. Plenty to do for the family. The kids loved the water park. Our condo unit was very spacious.

Bed bugs in room they send a construction guy to inspect the fire alarm system in my suite while im there sleeping, bathroom have a water leak.
Upon check in I was greeted by wonderful staff they were very knowledgeable about the property the resort was Clean and we had comfortable stay

stayed in g201 across from main building room at best was ok/could hear the people who stayed next door till 130am(and they were not yelling/or playin music loud(walls were paper thin I guess//last time I stayed stayed in the big building and it was nice// don't plan to stay ther e again
We were traveling from Miami and to Altanta and we needed a place to stay. I must say that the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely encourage all travelers to stop and get a room there.
