Very closely located to the airport. Convenient shuttle service as well.
Needed a quick stay after a cancelled flight and it checked off all of the boxes. Very clean and comfortable. We were able to rest and have breakfast if we wanted it.
Stayed due to an early flight out of Orlando. Lots of food choices around and the room was great. Perfect location. Parking was adequate too. Would stay again when needed.
Elevator has some issues. Other than that is was perfect

I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn. The staff at the check-in counter were very courteous. However, I would like to comment about the experience I had with the shuttle driver. He is a very nice guy; however, he makes sure that you tip him by telling you about the signs on the front of the shuttle. Furthermore, he said that he works for tips. I find this to be rude. I believe that tipping should be at the discretion of the customer and not when the person providing the service "demands" it. Not a great impression and I do not think it goes with the Holiday Inn image. While I believe that many service employees appreciate tipping, I think that this should be done at the discretion of the customer. Maybe Holiday Inn may want to re-educate their employees on this matter.
First off, you have to pay to park which is ridiculous. Rooms were okay. Tub/shower combo didn't work well most of the water just poured out of the tub part. Soap was out in the dispenser in the shower. No paid channels on the TV or option to connect to Netflix. Hallways are dumpy and in need of repair. The lobby is very humid.
Everything was very timely. I love the bathroom towels for a nice comfortable bed and very clean
The property was beautiful and clean. I had one issue with water bug in my room at 2 am but staff came up and we fought and caught it together. I wish they had complimentary water or tea or coffee esp if the bar area closes at 10. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay
Great experience from the time I called for a shuttle and the shuttle driver to a friendly, helpful receptionist, to clean room, to having dining options close by. Definitely plan to stay here again when I stay over before heading to Port Canaveral for cruises.
The hotel dont have soap in bathroom. The breafast area was very good.

Pleased overall. However, arrived at a time when hotel staff was swamped at checking a group of crew members prolonging my check in time.
The check in staff was excellent
Seems clean but the rooms are barely functional. The wall heater was extremely noisy and I had to toot off to sleep. The room became cold and there were no extra blankets. The coffee maker was broken.
