The location was really convenient for ferry rides to SF. However there is a train right next to the hotel. It’s horn going off all hour of the night. Room looked nothing like the picture on the site. Bathroom sink was peeling. Could hear people scream/ door slamming at night. Just make sure you bring headphone or ear plugs when you try to sleep.

I would never stay there again service was horrible the rooms were nasty smell like smoke in all the rooms and bad odor in the hallways. The room smelled so bad that I had to check out A-day early.
There haa a table in room, but no chair inside. We should sit on the beds. We have required, but no respond!!!!
This is a no-frills hotel for low-budget travelers. The price is half of mid-range hotels in the area, with free parking on top of that, so the fact that it is a private room with functioning AC and bathroom made it a good value for the money. The neighborhood is in transition, overall pretty rough but some nicer establishments going up nearby.
Heater did not work.
Price and location are good. It is very rundown. If you just need a bed, the rooms were clean, but needed a lot of work.
Free parking was the highlight. Room was decently clean. Free breakfast was a brown bag with some yucky pre-packages items. The place is run down, stuff in the room was broken and lying around, hallway carpets thoroughly trashed. Prostitutes & clients in the parking lot.

The place was dirt. It is old and should be updated years ago. The microwave was not plugged in. There was nowhere to plug it in where it sat. The only plug that would work was in the restroom. Had to move it in there. Refrigerator was not plugged in. TV had to me manually setup each time it was turned on. Room was dirt and very old. The room smelled of smoke. People were smoking in the hall. Also loud music at 11:30 pm at night. Do not stay there.
Heating was out of service!! Facility is really run down and in desperate need of a COMPLETE renovation.
