Perfect hotel for the business traveler! The staff is very friendly and helpful, 24-hour coffee bar is a nice touch when having to keep odd hours and the breakfast service accommodates to multiple dietary needs.
This property changed me two times and no refund for now.. wth??

The grounds where not very clean. The walkway by the water was filthy with all of that bird poop. The bathroom tile had mold in between them. The staff was very nice , Very courteous, very very helpful. Especially Renee at the front desk of the best western plus Embarcadero in Oakland California. You have a very excellent group of staff there from the lady that does the food in the morning to the cleaning staff and Bill boys that bring you things you need. The hotel needs to work with the city to clean up the trash around the hotel.
Very accommodating and spacious room. We loved having a giant bath tub. Also the tea and coffee bar was nice too
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room (overlooking the water) was great; the bed was very comfortable, the room was large enough for a sitting area and a nice sized table and chairs. I enjoyed a wonderful evening bath in the large oval tub and the separate shower was roomy as well. The exercise room offered all the necessities; weight machine, treadmill, ellipticals, etc. They even supplied towels and bottled water (great touch). We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a wide variety of options like cheese omelets, sausage, baked goods, bagels, fruit, cereal, and even almond milk (which we very much appreciated). The entire staff (day and night shift) were very personable and friendly. Overall, our stay was great and we would definately stay here again.
