We had a horrible stay, we knew the rooms were going to be small but they were smaller than average. We joked we were in a business cabin at an airplane. The AC didn’t work and when we turned on the fan mode it was so loud we had to turn it off However, what really made our stay be terrible is having a room on the 4 floor next to their bar area where music was played at all times of the night and started back up early in the morning. We were only there for one night but we woke up and checked out immediately. There’s better hotels for this price.

Very convenient. A little bit run down. Rooms need deeper cleaned, and things need refurbished. But a good hotel with very nice staff nonetheless. And very affordable.

I love the small perfectly designed rooms for the single traveller. Excellent assortment of TV stations!

Its a good low budget hotel. Needs some TLC in some areas but it’s a good hotel.

Three dollars per item is charged for several hours storage of small luggages.. As a guest, i surely will tip the staff if hotel provides the service for free. It makes guests feel the service is poor.

Had a corner queen room and the views were awesome. Great staff and propery.

Bathroom doors are not closed properly, space is tiny but functional.

Close to Times Square and Hells Kitchen. Near subways as well. Very convenient. Area is safe.

Pros: It has a clean, modern yet cosy vibe throughout. Cons: no safe in room! Front desk wouldn’t even believe me then they finally acknowledged it & we moved rooms; mobile device to TV mirroring/streaming NOT WORKING - engineer said ‘sorry, that’s just the way it is’ - Are you kidding me? I thought Yotel was all about tech; the ice/water dispensers weren’t working on our floor so we had to trek to one (of just two) working for the whole hotel; the ‘Empire State Bldg view’ room wasn’t worth paying extra as there was almost no view to speak of. Overall, sad to say, Yotel NYC was a pretty disappointing experience.

They cancel my reservation and was very rude, I had to show the text message that I sent confirming . when I got home the over charge me with two bills of $86.06 and $186.06 . without any explanation. still fighting to get my money back. terrible terrible

My room showed signs of major wear and tear. The shower looked like mold was growing. The wall by the bed looked like damaged. The bed head material was torn. I was disappointed.

I am very sorry, but we didn't receive any information regarding your issues while you were with us, is sad, because we would have done anything possible to fix it.
