It wasn't bad I guess for the price and considering how expensive New York is but it wasn't great either

We stayed six nights. It's located in a somewhat industrial area, ten minutes from the nearest subway. But our room was very clean, lovely towels, comfortable bed and we felt safe. I would definitely recommend.

The property is awesome to stay.

Staff are very friendly addition from that, needs rest room at the reception.

Decent building but Terrible location. Did not feel safe parking my car in the area and the nearest deli is in front of the projects (housing). Also, all I could smell throughout my room and hallway was Marijuana smell.

It smells like cigarettes even though you can’t smoke inside. I thought it was better

The first impression of the lobby was it was stark and not very clean. Then I got into my room and the floors were slick (like the mop had been used to clean up grease and then not cleaned well). At night I tried to go find the rooftop terrace that was advertise as an amenity but could not find the entrance to the terrace. In the morning I tried to go get breakfast that was listed as included in the stay. I saw a sign saying that the breakfast room was shut down for Covid. I also asked some of the cleaning staff where I could find the entrance to the terrace and they said that it wasn't available.

It was about a 10 min walk to the nearest subway. The neighbourhood was not noisy. No breakfast was served. Cleanliness is ok but can be improved.
