Staff was great ! Beds were a little too small, a little trouble with heat and water temp which was temporary but otherwise good hotel.

No room service.

Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed Showtime

Great!

No hot water for several days. Management is not available to troubleshoot.

I paid 300/night and it wasn't worth it all. No dining options inside hotel, no daily cleaning of the rooms during our stay, no gift shop to purchase toiletries, the daily resort fee was a ripoff. Forcing you to use their pantry with prepackaged food options and museum tickets which turns out it's free admission to Brooklyn art Museum anyway. Wouldn't recommend.

Friendly staff Hotel booking was done few months ago for wedding and we requested all guests on sane floor to avoid elevator use but all guests were on different floor including bride and groom parents and relatives.

Friendly and helpful staff

The doorman was so helpful in guiding us to where we needed to go. We were even given late check out because our flight out was late. But I wish the site said the pool was closed. My kids were looking forward to swimming. But overall, excellent stay

Pretty much lacks any character and the amenities are modest and the immediate location is uninspiring but the rooms are fine and the price is cheap compared to a lot of other places and it is about 10 minutes walk to Brooklyn Bridge Park and 25 minutes walking distance into Fort Greene/Clinton Hill and Boerum Hill/Carroll Gardens, and an easy bike ride to a lot of other great neighborhoods in Brooklyn.

I stay 2 night in the hotel and they don’t Clean the room, I call the operator And she told me you need to call for clean the room really bad services

Convenient to lots of sights - beautiful room and fantastic staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Shower head & bathtub fixtures came apart from the wall. Being on the lower floor it gets to be noisy despite of the ‘sound proof’ windows. Minimal amenities. No direct line to front desk or housekeeping, u have to go to reception in person to ask for things, e.g. sewing kit, which was never delivered.

Nice hotel with modern, clean and spacious rooms. Lots of hand sanitizing stations throughout and the staff was cheerful. Overall a pleasant stay. The only issue was there was so much (pot) smoking going on our floor. I have no problem with people enjoying themselves, but I booked a non-smoking room. I shouldn’t have had to deal with the smell coming through to my room via the vents.
