Reservation was needed to be close to the hospital. Staff could not do enough to accommodate our needs.
Check In time at 3 is a little late in my opinion especially when check out is at 12. Not saying that they will have every single room ready at 12 but some rooms should be open before then. Wasn’t aware of the $40 incidentals fee until check in. Other than that I enjoyed my stay , breakfast was great, staff was great. Will book again soon.
The property overall was very good , except for the price 510.00 was extremely overpriced but I was desperate
I love the kitchen and easy parking.
This Residence Inn Bronx is a great location it was close to the subway and a groceries store which is convenient. I went out to the subway late at night (2 am) and didn't see any suspicious people that would make me fearful. I would definitely come back to this location. The staff was great and very helpful.
