Can’t beat the convenience of the Westin. The staff is always helpful and courteous.
My wife and two kids were supposed to get 4 breakfast tickets included. Bernardo gave us 2 claiming that was de deal I had with the room. That was a lie. He had a little power trip going on in his head. I finally clarify the issue and was provided with the right amount of tickets included with this purchase. Bad costumer service Bernardo. Get your act together man!

The Westin at Grand Central is my favorite place to stay in New York because of staff, cleanliness, restaurant convenience and location. The hospitality extended by staff on all of my stays make it feel like coming back home to a welcoming family. And this time around, I did bring members of my family who shared they had a great time and our stay at the Westin was extra special because of the Westin team. I recommend highly! I hope they always save a room for me the times that I want to return (LOL). JD

Everything great, except there is a hidden cost $34, which all must pay. The parking is expensive.
Staff had no knowledge regarding Marriott Bonvoy status. Waited in long line to check in. Long breakfast line also. Breakfast was ok once seated.

We had a great stay! Spacious rooms for NYC, clean, comfortable. Very close and convenient to get to Grand Central. Only negative was that it was very difficult to get an elevator during “busy” times (such as meals, check in). Would definitely stay again!
