The room was ready as we got there over an hour before check in and the staff was very helpful. There is always plenty of food nearby and non of it disappointed. The room was very clean and neat. The shower was very nice and simple to adjust. Definitely a good place.

Perfect location if you’re going to Broadway or Times Square, easy walk from those points back to hotel felt fairly safe cleanliness all the basic necessities no thrills no view room was pretty tiny. However, I didn’t spend very much time in it and did not intend to.
The location was in the heart of the New York City shopping district
Rooms far too small
The fire alarm went off around 8:20 PM, on 12/9. We had to walk down 21 flights and on 3 levels there were bags of trash blocking the stairs. So as we are leaving for an emergency, we were tripping over trash bags (big ones). Wish I could attach a picture. I asked for a partial refund- 1 night out of 3. They said no, I will try one more time- before the picture is turned over to the fire dept, or city.
I read bad reviews about this hotel but in my experience everything was great. Tanika was really kind and helpful.
Great location, but as with any city their were some unsavory characters in front of the property from time to time.

Perfect location for my meetings in the area , and the roof top bar was a bonus and the Negroni was very well made at cocktail hour Would stay here again on my next trip
