The elevator situation when we first checked in was very stressful. It did seem that they worked on it and it got better. Ice machines are not on every floor which is inconvenient considering the elevator situation in the beginning of our stay. Continental breakfast was not very tasty. Overall ok stay but if ever back in the area will look for somewhere else to stay.

Clean hotel, quiet, well located, Incredibly helpful and friendly staff, particularly the people at the front desk. Everything about our stay was satisfactory, the only exception being the LONG wait for elevators and the fact that our keycard didn't always work.
