Property is located relatively close to Penn Station. So, if you are coming into the city by train it makes things easy. The area around the neighborhood is safe. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean. Overall, it was a positive experience (we stayed here last year also and had a similar experience).
I very much enjoyed staying at this hotel! All the staff was kind and courteous, loved the rooftop bar and bar staff, and the location was walking distance to the city life. Some things could be upgraded such as the irons in the rooms and the rooms are on the smaller size. But, for the location of the hotel and staff you can’t find better!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very courteous and the room was comfortable and very clean. It is conveniently located and easy to reach places using the Subway system. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit NYC again.
