Nice Stay @ VOCO
I had a great stay at VOCO Times Square. I will address that the shower has an interesting design that can use some remodeling. The room was cozy and comfortable. I love that hotel was very central to many things I attended. Ubers and Lyfts were able to maneuver easily and access was simple. Also, I really appreciated the $10.00 daily voucher and the initial welcome cocktail. The bartender was amazing and extremely accommodating. Not sure what his name was but he is a petite Latino man with a generous warm and welcoming smile. Thank you VOCO!

Early check in disaster
I had a long 9 hour overnight flight with no sleep and asked to check in early and they told me they would have my room cleaned quickly but I still ended up waiting 4 hours. After 4 hours I saw the front desk checking a family in and asked if I could be checked in too. Very disappointed. I stayed a Hotel a street over last time I was here and for an additional fee was allowed early check in no problem

My friend and I had a great stay! They get your phone number to stay in close touch with you so if you need may thing they are a text away 24/7. Complimentary breakfast was also included with our stay and we got free drinks on the first night from the bar on the first floor. They also have snacks and drinks to buy downstairs. Thank you to the team for a wonderful stay!
