Love to stay here though only one elevator works, no included breakfast, no buffet, highly expensive snacks. Still a great location, comfy king bed and a huge hotel with over 20 and something floors.

This is a lovely hotel and very good quality for the area. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL! My only complaint was that there were multiple elevators out during our stay. I live in the NYC suburbs and stay there for medical appointments at MSKCC. I almost missed mine because of elevator delays the morning of my appointment.

Our room was fortunately ready when we arrived so we were able to check in and get settled. The staff were kind and helpful and the check in and check out experience were quick and easy. The best part about the location of the hotel was that it was conveniently across the street from the subway station, so transportation was not an issue. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you don't necessarily want to be right in the middle of everything in Manhattan but want to still be able to get to those big attractions easily.

Pros: The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and kind. Housekeeping did a great job at tidying up and replenishing items. There is a convenient store right next door which was very helpful and great prices. Cons: Parking with the hotel was expensive. You can find more affordable parking rates across the hotel about a block down. Our room was on the 16th floor and smelt badly of dirty mold and body odor. Especially when using the room heater/AC unit. There was air freshener that was also used to try and cover the smell but just made us feel very light headed and sore throats. Wasn’t the cleanest of rooms and bathrooms. Carpet and beds need to be updated.
