The property was very outdated. The dining was very limited, no options for those who weren’t pork eaters. Food was cold. Only stayed 2 days out of the 5 planned for left early, and still awaiting the final check out receipt. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
I liked that the property was right in the beach and the beach was well Maintained each day. The property is somewhat dated. It could use some overhaul in the upkeep like more staff to do the repairs. Our shower door had the waterproofing strip missing and flooded the bathroom every time we showered There was no bathroom fan to exhaust the moisture or odors. I think the food was ok but needs more attention to gluten free options and making it known there are options for the customers. No snacks late at night and no fridges in the room made it hard to be able to have non scheduled meals or snacks for ourselves. The safe in our room had no lock or lock face. They sent someone up to repair it but by then we were over it and just wanted to be alone. The restaurants on site were ok but needed more choice and updating in decor and lighting. And they weren’t available every night for choices. And this resort boasts no children under 14 but there were many kids there under that age during our stay And smoking on the beach of cigars and weed was not stopped or attended to. The bellmen were very nice and helpful. But when we arrived early for check in they told us we had to wait until three so we came back at four. Still no room available and then they tried to out us in a single bed when we had booked for two beds. It was fixed when I insisted they honor what we had booked. For an anniversary trip it was just ok.
This place is awful. 1. Dirty and poorly kept 2. Dirty uncomfortable room 3. No hot water in showers 4. Food not fit for human consumption 5. 0 activities unless you count the broken pool tables 6. Ran out of drink mixers and beer. 7. Long lines for drinks (15 minutes minimum) 8. No reservations for dinner - arrived 40 minutes prior to sitting and were last to get in. When we sat they ran out of our selected items and subbed without telling us or giving us a choice. Could not order a drink at dinner. 9. around pool and beach broken chairs. 10. Garbage and cups all over never observed anyone cleaning. Left early without refund and stayed at the RIU which was NIGHT and DAY better.

Great staff from check-in to check-out. Beautiful beach, great amenities: Donovan was excellent with kayaking and paddling boarding teaching for first timers! Great entertainment team that will engage you during the day or at the night entertainment. D’von is excellent entertainer! Plenty options for meal. I was skeptical before trying the food based on some reviews, but that was not the case. Food was excellent! I recommend the Greek salad and jerk chicken from the grill. The French restaurant was on point! And pretty good variety and selection at the buffet! Over all for the price it was a good deal. Perfect for solo or group travelers Definitely would go back and recommend it to anyone I know.

The WIFI is terrible but everything else especially the FOOD and services was excellent. Fix the WIFI problem and you have a rockstar place!!!!
We stayed here for my Bachelorette trip, and it was amazing! The staff was so fun and upbeat! There were so many activities, a beautiful beach and pool. The buffet was the best food on the resort. I cannot wait to go back!
It was ok. Wifi sucks only works in your room. Pool is extremely freezing at all time. Hot tub was not hot at all it was cold water all week i was there.
It was very comfortable and very attention. Also very honest. The cell phone was lost and the employee gave it to the administration . Very good food and beautiful beaches.
I liked that it was adults only, but it was overall okay.
The property looks old but we only stayed for two nights so it was ok. Staff was great, food I’ll give it a 6 out of ten.
