Staff was awesome, but the renovations are terrible. The room smelled like Testors model cement. I wasn't able to open a window to get rid of it. The area around the hotel was trashy with a giant crane in the parking lots. One pool was off limits. The room was supposed to be ocean view, which it was, technically, but that was through one tiny window. The bigger window was overlooking the construction and was miserable. I would book at the Margaritaville down the street as it was much nicer.

I was upset that my WiFi connection kept dropping. I had to have a hotel representative come to my room and reset my wifi tv connection a few times. Having visited this hotel, in the past i was disappointed that my room did not have local(Florida) cable channel. With that said, i would stay here on my next visit.
