Resort was clean, staff were not only professional but kind and very helpful, grounds were gorgeous. You dont have to leave the resort but if you do its safe and there is a multitude of things to do and places to eat in the area. Easy to get to all sites around the island and concierge is very helpful with coordinating your wants and needs! Would definitely stay here again.

The beach areas are nice, but very limited food options, wi-fi completely unreliable - couldn’t connect my laptop ONCE. My phone or iPad would connect very sporadically. During check in, there was NOTHING VIP about it. The person didn’t even a knowledge me once, and kept having a conversation with another employee that was hidden behind a wall area. Was put in a room, to have to switch to another room the very next day, with no explanation, the guy just put a piece of paper on the counter - which I assume, he thought I automatically would read it and know I had to switch rooms with no explanation or apology - very strange. The check out tool me about 30 mins, with one person at the counter and 3 people in front of me. Definitely would not stay here again.
