I love The property and I would return again if it was not for the staff and not professional managers . Be careful !!!

Oceanfront room was nice with oversized balcony. Disappointed with access to room service, housekeeping and concierge. Never answered or gone for the day. $10 for a cup of coffee and a refill was another $10!
Overall very good hotel . Friendly stuff. Easy access to everywhere. Was surprised they do not have changing room or showers for people like me who spend some extra hours on the beach before flights . That never happened to me before . Was not happy about it .
It was such a relaxing space to spend my time. I loved the proximity to the beach and the friendliness of the staff. I was offered champagne at check-in which was definitely needed. It was such a pleasure to be here and I will definitely be back.

Hotel is beautiful. Kids loved the onsite pools, hot tubs, and beaches. We wanted a family style hotel over the New Years time, and this fit the bill nicely. The roof top pool/bar was 21 and over which we didn't realize going in, but wasn't a big issue. The two in hotel bars tended to close early or not open at all, but could be due to COVID. Property is located pretty far north and most walkable restaurants required reservations if you wanted to eat at normal times, but it is a short Uber or bus trip south to the hot spots. Overall, a very good experience for my family for our first time to Miami.
Stay away , the most rude staff I have ever seen. If you need a fork, cup of ice or just a cup get ready to pay for it and then get ready for the rudeness.

Amazing location in Surfside. Beautiful setting! Understaffed hotel, but got what I paid for! If you are looking for a nice hotel in surfside for a reasonable price, look no further! Staff was nice, just go in with expectation that this isnt a luxury resort and you will have a wonderful time.
