We stay for two nights. This property is in terrible conditions. The lobby was ugly. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled so bad. The comforters were stained, the air conditioning was too noisy, the bathroom looks abandoned and dirty. The elevators were in their last days, you don't feel secure using them. . The staff wasn't really friendly, only one girl. Obviously I would not stay there again even it it was free. Never ...

No welcome or any kind of greeting from the staff like they were doing some kind of favor checking me in. I stayed in many different hotels chains but this was the worst experience. I was there just for one night but still regretted why I booked this hotel. Bathroom was an old junkie, coffee maker in room but no coffee, sugar, sweetener and creme. No linen provided. I would not recoment.

Well ibook this place base on the pictures i saw and fast trac to when i reach to this hotel i was greated with the counter staff that was not friendly. . So i check in after having to pay a cple hundred dollars for a deposit . As i took the elevator i got a bit of a disgusted feeling so as i went to the elevator the door opened i was geeated with a smell that was not clean so i went up to the floor and as the door open there was a very bad scent of pee and the carpet was very dirty. We proceeded to the room so as i opened the door ther was a smell again and the floor was sticky and feet got black form the filt on the floor and the ac was not working. So the next day i sa ok well we can give it a chance so the evening i got back thhe roon still was not cold so i went and complain and the staff was very rude and loud so i spoke the the girl and she said that i would get back my 100usd and 22usd for the remaining days that i will not be there as i checked out before 11am so we check out at around 8 30 am monday 4th march. for get a refund and i have not receive any fefund yet.i called tonight and the girl gave me an email to file my complain. i will hightly recomment to you all DO NOT ever go to this place as it is a rat hole hotel . @Hotels.com i will like you help in recoving my deposit and the other charges. my emain ---adrian2472@msn.com

Not what was advertised
The cost was not fully explained, they charge you for towels, and there is a charge for early check-in, we came back at “check in time” and received our key, the elevator was sketchy, the floors and carpet were heavily stained and dirty. The room looked clean, but the counter in the bathroom was falling off the wall and held up by a 2x4. The tub floor was losing its finish with rust coming through, the towel rack was full of rust as well. We did not stay, we booked another hotel and left. We were very disappointed, we were not expecting the ritz, but at least a decent place to stay the night. Im never one to leave a review but the reviews for this place, and its pictures did not present a proper depiction of this place. I would hope no one runs into the same situation we did.
