Hotel photos are glammed up. Reality is this is an old hotel that has undergone some renovation to make it more appealing to hide its age. Room furniture has been updated at some point, as too the bathrooms. Door feels like it would be easy to breach. But I had no issues during my brief stay. Location is good if you want to be on the water and over close to South Beach side. Only one ice machine I could find working. Parking was ok. Breakfast was not included. Restaurant has great views.

I loved the location. It is right on the water with nice views and seems to be centralized to where everything we wanted to do was about 20-30 minutes driving. I just wish there was a beach within walking distance.
