This is NOT a hotel, this is an apartment complex that they allow people (many immigrants) to live in, therefore the smells throughout the complex are atrocious. Also, the condition of the units are filthy, broken furniture, rusted lamps, and bed bugs. Run for your life from this disgusting place!!!!
I can't comment on the facilities as I didnt use them. Check in and check out was easy. Valet parking although busy was good, nice guys. The hotel needs updates, its old and has an 80's vibe, but the room was very clean, had a nice kitchenette and the beds were very comfortable. The hallways, surprisingly smelled good. For what we needed, it was great.

For starters it took me a good hour to check in before they finally found my reservation. Property very poorly maintained
First impression, started at the entrance, very dirty. Front desk check-in with Ingrid, excellent service. Lobby appearance, disappointing need much TLC. Room, shower didn’t work, diverting valve not working, hard to control temp, called for repair, front desk indicated it was repaired, not at all, it also leaked at least 100 gallons a day, so much for the environment. Pool staff, very friendly. Security guard at the pool, I was one of two guest that had a very unpleasant conversation, when requested to please get the manager, his answer, “its not my job”, so sorry to say, I would not stay at your property again, nor recommend it.
The only thing I like about this hotel is the pool is a nice huge size and it’s right on the beach. Everything else is horrible. The food options , the staff all terrible. Oh and doing loud construction on ur balcony at 8am everyday ! And I mean Loud!
The property was decent however very dated. The rooms had a distinct odor to them. It was an average hotel cleanliness was below average
The location is one of the best beach locations in florida. One of the surprise benefits was how close it was to shopping plazas and retail stores.
When I arrived they had no record of the reservation nor that I paid Orbitz. It took a long time and they still couldn't figure it out
I like the pool area
It’s no secret that the resort needs a total upgrade. But the renovated rooms are perfectly Fine and clean . My room had no smell At all and everything was fresh and clean. The pool is nice and big and beautiful and the beach is in an awesome location. Resort was fine to me minus the hallways being old but your not sleeping in the hallways lol wish they had more dinner and breakfast options . I would return for that price my kids had a blast !
Poor, poor, poor experience. Where do I start- drilling during sleeping hours, inconsistent hot water for shower, broken closet, vomit situation over porch balcony, management who promised a call back that never happened, room change that never happened, no TV, internet not working. Never again 👎
