Clean place, when we go away from home the most important for us is CLEAN ROOMS! Clean blankets, bathrooms, well-kept… Great managed… We liked our stay… If prices will be great around $150-$200 per night, definitely will stay again!

Very nice property

Random drunk people tried to get into my room 2 nights in a row. One occurrence included several instances of them pounding on my room's door between 2:30 and 3am. The fire alarm intermittently went off for a couple hours one night, they finally got it under control after 4am. When I found out that some of my friends received a complimentary breakfast for the fire alarm inconvenience, I inquired about it the next day. The girl at the front desk seemed to delight in telling me that I couldn't get a free breakfast because they were only doing that for one day. Nobody told us about it, and I guess a free breakfast was too much to ask for after spending just under $2000 on our stay. Everything else about our trip was amazing, but I've stayed at better hotels for a quarter of the price.

I’ll start with some Pros - 1. The management team was very nice. 2. The hotel room was clean and I had no issues with the room itself. 3. The free shuttle service was awesome and we definitely were able to save some money using that. 4. The location is nice because it’s not in the super busy area but still close enough to feel connected. The pool was also fine. Now for the cons - 1. The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor (the parking and hotel fees were waived though so that was good). 2. The hotel could use a good power wash of walls, doors, and the common grounds. 3. Overall the cleanliness around was not that great, we saw trash laying around at times and the maid carts were left out and it looked like they just stopped what they were doing when it was time to clock out. 4. The pool has big cracks in the bottom that could be harmful and cause a cut on your feet. 5. When we called for maid service (just some fresh towels), it took about an hour for them to arrive. 6. There was a pretty large gap under the balcony door that let in hot air so the ac was constantly turning on and off. Side notes - it looks like trundle beds are left outside, so be weary when using those. There is no atm on property.

Great place to stay. The shuttle downtown was so convenient. If they tell you the beach is only 1.3 miles away, its not. Drive or bike the 2.8 miles 😊

It was a last minute booking, and we had to check in late. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Room-cleanliness and Breakfast were rather disappointing.

Noisy, expensive, remembers me on a motel. Free drink for each day is cool. Some guys liked the whirlpool very much in the evening with their drinks.

We liked the cleanliness of the rooms and surrounding areas. It was convenient and our first stay in Key West. We would steer clear of Terry the concierge. He thought he was knowledgeable but he was not. He told us not to go to the Hemingway house because nothing of Hemingway's was there. NOT TRUE! And his map skills need some fine tuning. Also, he shouldn't talk and make reservations, he screwed mine up. Otherwise the staff of the hotel was nice and Karla at the front desk was very accommodating. I would stay here again.

Loved the free shuttle to town, the drink coupons and the pool area. Didn’t appreciate the parking fee after we chose this property for its free parking claim on orbitz. Also, our resort fee was supposed to be 25/day but there were a bunch of daily taxes added in which brought the price up. Our package was supposed to have included all taxes and fees so I’m not sure why we charged this tax again.

The staff is what makes this place great the facilities are a bit tired looking but I am willing to overlook that

Awesome!!

Overall, the property was nice. We had a car, so we did not need to be by the main attractions, We liked that we got upgraded to poolside. However, the TV in the room did not work and the carpet was stained & dirty… it could use a good wash. Neither treadmills worked in the gym. Told the front desk staff and they were going to send someone to fix them, but no one showed.. For the money people spend for this hotel, such items should be taken care of right away. Thankfully we only stayed one night there. Will probably stay somewhere else next time we are in key west.
