Ibis Bay Beach Resort is everything you could want in a Key West resort! Great food, great service, comfortable beds and we loved being right on the water with our own beach! Dan, the shuttle driver was extremely friendly and always on time! Would stay there again!

My niece and I checked in and went to our room. Within a few minutes we were checking OUT and heading to a different hotel!! The room itself was ok but I have NEVER seen a hotel bathroom in such bad shape and FILTHY!! Unfortunately it cost me a lot of money since I had to pay for the first night, but orbitz helped me get a refund for the 2nd night. Thank you, thank you!!! To call this place a “resort” is criminal….it’s a run down motel…at best! Please, please do not book this place!! (I will post pics if I can)
Great experience we loved it. Everyone was nice and the room was really cute. The shark feeding and tortoises were great. Also loved the breakfast. The only thing we didn’t expect was the extra resort fee of $80
This is a great place with private beach, crystal clean water, turtles, and flamingo. The fish crab restaurant is good as well, perhaps, just slightly overpriced.

The property was quite nice, and the suite was very attractive and clean. Beds comfortable. We did have with the shower, as there was hardly any hot water, and the shower water pressure itself was EXTREMELY poor. The water did little more than just dribble out. The shower stall was very small and cramped, and the front door was not aligned correctly, so that even though when turning the lock with the key inside the doorknob .. the doorknob locked, but since the door was not aligned properly .. you could still just pull the door open even thoough the doorknob was in a locked position. However .. overall it is a nice property. Just needs some maintenance specifically the shower.
The runs a free shuttle that stops at two locations downtown every hour from 8am - 10pm. Near shopping centers and offers all outdoor sports.

Thanks Phyliss, the water takes a few minutes to warm up when the hotel is full, 1956 infrastructure is tricky.
