Told there was shuttle to airport . Not really . You can only order when ready to go and then will wait in parking lot 30-40 minutes . Not friendly or convenient at all .
Parking was easy. Asked about airport shuttle and it sounded like a good service i may use in the future. Breakfast is average, nothing fancy but....starts at 530am which is great for early flights. Fromt desk personnel were professional and nice.
Vibrating noise all night and lumpy pillow
At 3am on October 22 I awoke to turn on heat to room ( outside air was 61). After setting heat to 71 degrees, a burning smell awoke us, turned on lights to a room full of haze. The smoke alarms went on. Turned heat off. Packed, turned in key and left for airport 6 hours early.
would never stay again
My room was nothing more than a closet with a bed. Doubt it was even 10x10. Very tired condition, no control of ac or fan. Breakfast was always out of stuff. Went out to eat instead. Hate to say it but definitely misrepresented.

Dear James, our shuttle is a complementary service. We always advice at the time of check in that you come to the lobby 20 minutes before when you need to leave and we will call the shuttle for you. Most of the time it will not take that long but if it is a busy travel day it might. We are sorry you did not enjoy your experience with us, we hope you will give us another chance in the future.
