There was no bell boy to help taking staff from car to the room.
Manager Evenlyn was extremely, rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone due to the manager. She needs customer service training and to be more professional. She refuse to assist me regarding my reservation concerns, and stated the GM wasn’t there, and she didn’t have a number to reach her or corporate.
Property is well maintained. Alex at the front desk is very helpful.
No air ventilation in the rooms. Such a beautiful, absolutely sparking clean hotel but but the windows do not open, there are no air ducts getting fresh air into the rooms. At this price range one would expect a more sophisticated solution. Does not make any sense, the hotel is so nice otherwise.
Location was great... convenient and close by everything. Having a kitchen was a plus. Stayed there only 2 days, expected to get the room cleaned and replenished, but unfortunately it was not!

This property was in a great location. Right down the road from Memorial City Mall, was exceptionally clean, and we had absolutely no issues with check in. We only stayed for one night, but will be back for sure.
