They preview a pool yet the pool is dirty and out of order, the room smelled of smoke
I did like the room size. We thought the pool would be accessible but was closed and not filled. Restaurants arent convenient to walk to if your not driving. This property really does sit directly next to the highway, so expect roadway noise all day and night if your room located on that side of the hotel. Overall its just OK, not the best Doubletree I've experienced. Plus they didnt give us our warm cookies at all!

The hotel had a nice looking exterior, but the room had a window that wouldn’t close all the way. The highway traffic sounded like it was in the room. There were several places in the room where repairs were incomplete (i hope). For example, it was clear that there had been some drywall work done, but the wall had only been primed, not painted. So, nice on the outside, crumbling on the inside.
it wasn't the cleanest and one of the ladies at check was rude and unwilling to try and get me and my guest in rooms close together. In my room therewas no refridgerator where it should have been, and the pullout mirror did not work. In the other room there was a missing cushion on the bench and also the pull out mirror in bathroom did not work.
This hotel does NOT look as nice as the photos! Dirty pool & looks very old. Mirror was dirty & shower still had hair in it. Hard bed. Old carpets. Old showers the door barely slid opened to shower. Asked for a refund as soon as I got there and they said no. This is not a real Hilton hotel. Staff moved me 3 times & none of the rooms were nice. Very old rooms are not cleaned properly
The check in was super easy and the lady at the desk was awesome.
Nice property. I would recommend it. Only thing is just you need to make sure you get a parking pass $10/day.
Likes- I liked the quietness of the hotel. It also had good size rooms and the bathrooms were decent. The lobby was nicely decorated and the room was clean. Dislikes- the 7th floor shower took 5-8 min to get hot every time I used it. I also didn’t like that you had to pay for parking and there was a charge for breakfast. The hallway of the 7th floor smelled like urine, but the room did not, thank goodness.
The front staff was very helpful and welcoming. Food options around the hotel are very limited.
This hotel is outdated and very dirty for a 4 star hotel, rooms are dusty and dirty in most areas, you can even find ticks in the beds, be careful to check your room before.
