The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are designed very well. The hotel is a short distance from the Toyota Center.

Beautiful and the best service I've ever had in a hotel! Only one request.. please get a microwaves and refrigerators. Too many expensive restaurants to just left that food go to waste. I would definitely stay again but eat food I'm not trying to preserve 😂

We reservered a 2 queen room over 2 months prior and they stuck us in a one bed king room.

Comfortable room and bed and central location downtown, close to offices and restaurants.

Terrible service. Housekeeping is horrible, every day during my stay it took a lifetime to get basics like a dental kit or even body wash. ONE elevator was functioning during spring break!!! Every guest was upset. Not worth the money at all.

I was checked into a dirty room long story short & was not treated how other guest would've been treated.

Awesome style and excellent service. Very clean. Really comfortable beds, great shower. Would highly recommend.
