I loved the hotel. I did not like the fact that we did not get cleaning services. I like my room cleaned every day.
This was just a one night stay so I wanted to be close to the airport. The lady at the front was really nice and helpful. The lobby was clean with comfortable seating and a nice size bar/ restaurant off the time side. They also had free iced lemon water available and a small to-go market in the corner with sandwiches, snacks, water etc for purchase. My room was very nice. The tv is a smart tv so you can login to your favorite streaming account and feel right at home. It also has a handy “clear credentials” option so you can logout of everything with one click. The bathroom was nice. Could’ve been cleaned a bit better but was nothing to freak out about. It had an armoire with a small closet, small microwave, tea/coffee maker and safe. It also had a comfy corner chair and a desk with desk chair. It was very quiet overnight. Probably the only downside was the heating cooling system. No matter how I set it, it seemed to be a bit humid in the room and I couldn’t get it quite comfortable. But for one night it was no big deal. I let the front desk know I needed a shuttle to the airport at 8am and the driver was waiting when I got to the lobby. The location is on a one-sided street right near the highway with a few other hotels. It looks a bit desolate. Not walkable or anything around for decent food options etc. For an overnight stay this hotel is okay but for longer I would probably look at something with shopping, dining and activities close by.

Only one nightstand in room. Lightbulb was burned out. One bottle of water for 2 guests. 2 tea bags only. No decaf coffee
The property has issue the water valve broken no water 4 hours without water. Emergency alarm went off 3 times in two hours. No explanation given. No coffee tea or hot water in lobby. Nothing to make you feel welcome or comfortable. Rooms to dark not enough lighting. No shuttle to near by restaurants or businesses.
I love the showers
Staff was helpful and respectful on all occasions. Shuttle service was reliable and courteous. Minor annoyances: noisy refrigerator, slow hot water to the third floor.
The breakfast. My wife and I thought it was complementary. But it was a charge.
