The room was great but smelled a little "old". Using some room spray would make the room a little more pleasant although it was decent enough for our stay.

This is still a relatively new building, less than a year if I remember. I tried airing out the room for an hour with the door open (seriously non-recommended behavior relative to security) before going to sleep, and woke up in an hour with my chest burning from the construction chemicals. Smells like plywood, paint, adhesive, and I don't know what all else. If that doesn't bother you, the room was very clean.
Unfriendly one man front desk who is glued to the TV. Adjacent lot heavy digging, starting building commercial properties. We were at breakfast on 3 different mornings, 8.45, 8, amd 7. First morning there was one small muffin. Subsequent mornings, two small bagels... coffee and juice.
