The water pressure is so low. Shower head is broken. Toilet bowl is not flushing sometimes and I dont like this toilet flushing system.I like the one with valve and flapper.The breakfast juice machine is not working and no facial tissue .
This is NOT IN THE GALLERIA..This property was very unsafe. This property was very dirty and unkept. Also I brought this to the were Very Offended by this period so offended, they start calling me names. And make me feel very uncomfortable for the horrible conditions they provided. So unprofessional and rude....however this place is not in The Galleria
Booked for family member. Called to speak to guest and was told the hotel was too old to have phone lines that received calls?? Elevator was out so had to walk up and down to fourth floor then at 130 am when she went outside and came in her key didn’t work and was told there was an issue with orbitz payment and works not be allowed back in room? What??
Good value for the money. Thought it was closer to Downtown and Galleria. Nice room, decent amenities. Actually soft bath towels, not always the case at higher priced places. A little old inside and some details that keep it from rating higher (prob nitpick on my part) but would return.

It was nice and claim. I just didn't like the fact that there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom, urine all over the toilet,no toilet paper, and no towels,hand soap open and use already.
It was good amenities but old and smelled funny in the hallways. Overall it was ok but I would probably not stay there again
