Poor check in dirty room and the hotel stunk
Wish I'd read the reviews before booking. This should not be 3 stars. We were luck enough to have a room that was already refinished, but the bathroom was dirty and the tub still needed updating. The swing bolt on the door was broken and the outside door lock was also broken. We did not feel safe. People were running up and down the halls and talking loudly in the hallway until 5am. Walls also super thin.

By far the worst facility I have ever stayed out! I don't usually write reviews however this place is the bottom of the barrel! Pictures are nothing like real life! Unsafe! Drugs and rift raft litter this building. Doors that do not lock, air conditioning that is barely functioning, bugs and trash everywhere. Please save yourself time and do NOT stay here staff is not helpful and well aware of the situation. Wish I would of read the 1000's of reviews that are out there. This is not a Wyndham. Corporate should be made aware of what this hotel is representing. I can't accurately describe the feelings this hotel manifested in me. We were there 3hrs and had to get our kids out of there.
This hotel was a big disappointment! Our room was dirty and they didn’t have any other rooms to put us in. Our bathroom did not work took them 24 hours and being asked to fix it three times before it got fixed. They also locked one of the main entrances from the inside so you could not get out. Terrible accommodations! Huge safety concerns!

This property needs to be removed from all plaformt it was horrible. 1st room I was checked into was occupied already second room the door was wedged open as occupied as well as groceries inside the room.
Check in was ok easy somewhat quick process. Walking to our room with our 2 kids the whole hotel smelled like weed. 😠 Could barely open the door to our room.... Had to lift handle up and push quite hard. Pool was not clean and quite small.
The room was basically clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is simply dated and worn. The rooms need significant upgrades and maintenance (cabinet door did t close, the unit for the iron had been ripped from the wall, the bathroom was stained, elevator panel was rusted). The amenities were likewise dated. The breakfast was poor. About right for the price I paid. I’m not complaining too loudly but fair is fair
This place is SUPER basic bordering on gross. Yes, it's cheap, but you can tell by the condition of the building and the facilities why it IS so cheap. Rooms are clean and not bad, but everything else is run down bordering on decrepit. And there were some sketchy characters staying there as well. Didn't entirely feel safe coming and going after dark. Took forever to check in and out because front desk people seemed kind of clueless. Maid service only came once. Pool was freezing cold and hot tub didn't feel clean.

For the bathroom situation i remember this situation and it just took a moment because maintenance had 3 prior calls too attend to before he got to your room. We are sorry regarding the delay. As for the entrance being locked, the side door should have been only locked from the outside so people who are not guests are forced to come through the front doors. hotel staff never lock the doors from the inside a they are push bars.
