Room was clean but the place is definitely sketchy. I could hear alarms going off in other peoples room that would go on 10-15 minutes at a time. The shower leaked. Property had out of order bathrooms and the ice machine didn’t work.
They had roaches and Prostitutes hanging around the front door.
Sheets were dirty. Stained rather. The mattress padding/fitted sheet thing that’s under the sheets. That was stained badly in the upper corner of on right side. I was in room 340, I’m sure it’s still hadn’t been changed. Feel free to take a look. Other than that it was great! Staff was great, bed is super comfy. I only noticed the stains because the fitted sheet was rising. Great stay though.
No marked exit/entrance to the light on Buchanan for easier access to 28th St.
Nice place to stay. Price was good. Staff was awesome
This property is on a bus route that will take one directly into downtown. This property is also within ten minutes of the train station. These two factors, in addition to a very professional, and helpful staff, will make one's stay more than worth it. Hopefully, a full fledged continental breakfast returns. All-in-all, this is a handy place to stay if one is looking to be cost effective and desires to be within a reasonable distance from transportation hubs and points-of-interest.
The pool was closed again like always and they had no breakfast and we were rushed to check out
Bathroom needed maintenance. Faucet very loose. Toilet seat so loose it almost falls off!! Bathtub had peeling paint and rust around drain.
At the age of 60 is was the most discussing room I have ever stayed in. The carpet was stained and dirty the toilet seat was broken, toilet was plugged and mold in bathtub. I had to ask for clean sheets and make my own bed. I would not recommend this property.
Place was nice and well kept. Continental breakfast was ok.
Elevator broke while i was inside. Was a 15 minute wait until the doors opened. This is NOT near airport what so ever. Breakfast area is sticky and coughing sneezing of server will keep you away.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. It was easy to find. The room was clean. The staff was great.
People were very friendly. Breakfast was good too.
Lobby and rooms recently renovated, very nice stay. Check-in and Check-out was very smooth and easy, clerk very friendly. Only issue was that the pool was not well maintained, seems like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days.
