Great place to stay when you have an early flight.
Everthing was very good. Our room could have used a little paint touch up (bathroom door)
Really nice and quick service!! Front desk was good, friendly quick. The restaurant we ate dinner at was awesome, the waiters were amazing(Micheal and I can’t remember the ladies name we’re awesome) Thank you very much!!!

Every single member of staff we encountered was incredibly kind and helpful. The service we received was absolutely incredible. The food at the Lounge was delicious and service again was fantastic!! Shuttle driver was a joy. The costs are all high for this accommodation, food, and parking but the ease and staff made up for some of this. Westin DTW staff you are all doing a fantastic job please don’t change a thing.

Wonderful stay and so easy to fly out the next morning. Dinner was exceptional, unexpected in a hotel. Room was luxurious! Will stay again!
It was wonderful to have a place to stay when arriving to DTW late at night. The staff was less than helpful when it came to helping us figure out where we needed to go in the morning. Upon check out, we inquired where to catch the Michigan Flyer bus and the individual working the front desk simply said, "I don't know." Didn't offer to find out, didn't offer to help in anyway. As we retraced our steps back to where the shuttle had dropped us off the night before the individual working the valet said, "it's that way," pointing but offering no specific information. We ended up walking in circles and missed the first bus we were hoping to catch- causing us to wait around for an additional hour and a half to catch the next bus.
The purpose of the hotel is close proximity to the airport and it achieves that extremely well. Best airport hotel I have been too. Glad we stayed.
love the convenience when flying with Delta but this stay was horrendous. Got in at 8 and called to make sure that we could get food. Was told dining was until 10:45. Went down at 9 45 and dining room was closed. wouldn't let us into bar to order food and a drink to take back to the room although there were seats there. Front desk was kind enough to order room service for us and after 15 minutes a waitress did come out and get us a beer. understand that hard to get staff right now but we had a terrible experience.
