The parking lot it a bit confusing after you entered the vertical ramp. It took me a bit to determine where the entrance at the rear of the building was.

The staff was superb. We did have problems with heating which was quickly taken care of. Also the bed..soooo comfy!

I loved how friendly and accommodating everyone was! Joy and Chef Donald made my breakfast time a wonderful way to start my day, and thanks to Nelson, the bartender who helped me unwind with a coctail in the evening. I would definitely return and recommend you to anyone/everyone!

When we first got there we were given the wrong room, the toilet didn’t work and the bed was dirty. I am so disappointed in the Westin, I expected so much better from them.

Overbooked rooms, downgraded us, then took 2 hours to get us bedding for a broken sofa bed. What a joke. Boo!!!!!! Hilton Boooo!!!

I have no complaints, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and knowledgable.

The windows open. Its not too much traffic in the area.

Towels were not soft. No bathrobe despite brochure touting it. WiFi free or not? Unclear! LAN problems required visit from engineer who showed up with a phone number for me to call which then required 20 minutes to sort. But overall nice room bathroom bed shower etc

What I didn't like is that we have been staying at the Westin Hotel since the early 2000's maybe late 90's and we have never had a problem at check in time, but this time they gave me a big problem and I had to call customer service because my wife for the last 23 years name was not on the itinerary but she is on the account. I have never been so embarrassed in my life everyone standing there looking at me like I'm cheating on my wife.
