Big large rooms - enjoy the stay
I was very disappointed , it’s filthy hotel , the carpet smells terrible, the room stinks, the shower drainage was clogged, sinks couldn’t drain the water properly . The property has lots of things to work on it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone
Was the best price for a safe, clean, decent place, with a decent breakfast, on a main road with great access by car to both the airport and to Grand Rapids city.
When I arrived at the airport I called for a ride to the hotel. I had a difficult time understanding the CSR. When I arrived I talked with the same person while being checked in. I think it would help if she slowed down when she was talking. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. It could use some paint and stain touchups in the bathroom. I would come here again if the opportunity arose.

We choose this property after seeing some of the reviews posted by others. We know this area well so decided to stay here. The room was very neat and clean. The corridors were neat and smelt good. For the price I paid this was a really good place to stay. For sure we will go there again if we get a chance.
I chose this hotel because they advertise the have airport shuttle service. It was not available for my early flight. They suggested to call an Uber, which was $45 for a 5 minute ride. The room had carpet stains and the night stand at the bed was sticky from someone spilling something. Very disappointed and will not stay there again.

The elevator was out of service. There was a problem with the electrical outlet by the bed (the only one). When I pulled back the night stand and bed to investigate the only outlet m, there was was filth and debris. And in general the facility was very run down.
The room stunk like cigarettes, was very dirty found objects from previous person in the room. Would never stay here again.
This is your typical dated hotel thats gotten several patchwork renovations through the years but still looks old. Our air conditioning in the first room didn't work so we had to be moved, and our microwave was dirty, furniture worn and even broken in places. I could deal, but the one thing I thought was absurd were the low to the ground, massive toilets that probably took around 5 gallons for one weak, slow flush. We often had to flush twice. They also only made the beds with a thin sheet, not thick enough to be a duvet or comforter. The wifi was quick though, and the staff were very helpful and great to interact with.
We liked our suite. There was plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. This is an older property and some areas show the age. An upgrade to newer style toilets (elongated seat, higher) would be nice. Very short staffed with staff doing double duty which resulted in a shortage at breakfast. It seemed with a little better foresight some of the shortages could have been prevented (ran out of silverware, tray of instant oatmeal wasn’t on the counter, cups for coffee). Person at front desk didn’t seem to have any idea where/how to help in the breakfast area
Location and cost are the upside. The staff were friendly but a bit unaware of how to perform actions such as changing the credit card to which room incidentals should be charged, or checking that the coffee in the lobby is warm. The rooms were clean and functioned well. Overall though the asset needs an uplift. Chipped paint, stained carpets, nicked corners, broken pavement, aged facilities, and the surrounding grounds needing attention were very noticeable. If you're looking for a clean cheap room to spend the night while passing thru, this is it. If looking for more, this establishment has some work to do.
Conveniently located with a friendly staff. Easy drive to just about everywhere in Grand Rapids. Surrounded by dining and shopping options. Hotel room was clean and fully functional. A bit of maintenance could be applied. Pet friendly.
The room was really clean..the bed was so comfortable we didn't even want to get up in time to check out. Friendly staff..Id use this hotel again

The faculty was very clean and esthetically pleasing. Staff was pleasant and accommodating at every interaction. My room was comfortable and sufficient for my needs.
