I came with the family . The pool was great. They did not clean the room when requested, I was told they were short staffed. The room had a funny smell- reminded me of a hospital with oxygen in use- very unpleasant!
The room is ok .
We waited to check in for about 10 minutes. After getting our room key, we walked to our room and discovered it was dirty and occupied. Went all the way back to the front desk and waited again. Next room had comfy beds and a nice shower, but not cleaned very well. My mom walked on the carpet in white socks and her socks became very dirty. Also, ghe shampoo in the bathroom was open and half gone. At one point we asked for more washcloths and toilet paper and it was never brought, so we had to stop a maid to get them. The pool area didnt always have towels and the jets in the hot tub didnt work. After i checked out and left, i found a charge on my credit card for $203. Called and they said they would remove, instead of removing i found another $406 charge. Still waiting for both to be returned. Staff was friendly, free breakfast was good, vending machines cheap, and airport shuttle great.

There were ants in the room that had to be cleaned up. There was black stuff coming out of the shower when my daughter took a shower. The coffee pot in the room was missing parts so it was unusable.

Decent location, was clean and good pricing.
Breakfast was packaged muffins or cereal and coffee only. Toilet kept running. Heater was exceptionally loud even at lowest level. Card reader on outside door around back was wobbly and difficult to use. Not a very secure feeling.
The place was very clean, plus the staff were friendly and very helpful with your needs did everything they could to make your stay great,
When we arrived our room was a disaster, and our keys stopped working after they switched us rooms for the second day of our stay.
Rooms clean, Hallway carpet was dirty no hot chocolate at breakfast It is easy to get in and out of property and highway is close

Very nice staff!!! Orbitz website indicated cribs available - that is really not the case here, but they did find a pack-n-play for us to use.
