It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with the owners. I had to reach out to get my access code as I thought it would've been sent by the time I confirmed to check in the day prior. Parking was easy. We just had to get out of the car to move the cones. It could be a tight fit for an inexperienced driver or when dealing with other guests who don't realize they actually have to park within their parking space's lines to make sure everyone can fit. The room was a bit disappointing. It wasn't as bright as in the pictures. The room lights had a yellow glow. There was only one single window in the room and it faced the public walking area so it wasn't ideal to have it open for natural light. The fridge worked well. I enjoyed the fact that tableware was available as well as pots, a toaster, and griddle. The table right under the window was cute as well. Also, they provided beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, and a heater. It was disappointing that there was still dried toothpaste remnants in the toothbrush holder in the bathroom. I also requested a Queen sized studio and the bed was a Full size. My guest and I also noticed at the last minute that this location requests that you take out the trash. It was fine for a single night. It still just seems overpriced for how dated, small, and dark the place was.
Location is excellent! Very clean property. Yes it's older, however it's kept up. Definitely stay again!

This was a central place to stay at but won’t stay here again. The a/c I’m the room was horrible and we were only there to shower and sleep. My check in was smooth but the lady that takes care of the property/front desk is RUDE!! She needs some customer service etiquette!

Pros: Location Free bike rental Staff was nice. Cons: Could have been cleaner. There was food in fridge from previous guests, so no one cleaned The fridge. There was sand or some type of grit in the bed beneath the. sheets. There was red stain on. bathroom vanity (blood? Idk). Bed apron was dirty. Some of the. towels had hair in them.

Drab, dumpy ,smelly room...could smell the outside cigarette smokers inside the room...no bbq grill as advertised (due to covid???) run down courtyard furniture...rusty poor condtion bicycles...stains on linens and curtains...only stayed one night...thank goodness! Embarrassed I ever stayed there. Makes me mistrust the reviews on Orbitz.
