The hotel has a very good location but the check-in was terrible. We arrived at 2:45 and supposedly the check-in time was 4 in the afternoon and they gave us the room 1 hour and 15 minutes later, there was a bad smell in the hallways to grass and cigarettes, I think they should hire more cleaning employees so that everything is in order and on time, at breakfast the service was not very attentive in the morning and the taste of the toast with avocado was sour, I did not remove the plate out of politeness. I don't like doing it, in the pool area the hot top, apart from being very small, was super dirty because of the guests, of course, they leave things and even glasses and lemons from the drinks in the water, I had to take everything out to be able to enter, as The room was all very nice decorated and clean, a beautiful view of the sea and very spacious, the place is very central and you can walk along the entire beach, many restaurants, shops, etc.

Great location with a beautiful view! We had an ocean front room with balcony and loved it! The beach is so close and easy to access. So many options for restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself was nice and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Checkin was a wait and they took other checkins before me when i arrived first. Like 3 people and had us waiting because they couldn't find our reservation instead of trying to find our reservation. Also housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am until check out 11am which was very unpleasant and felt like we were being rushed to kick us out. Overall we enjoyed our experience and the restaurant downstairs and valet was nice. Friendly Staff
Great place but valet parking way to over the price. $67 for under 24 hrs of parking
No self parking available,valet only $42. Also,oceanfront suit king bed actually side of the building. Furniture somewhat dated,scratches here and there. Restaurant at the premises and in surrounding area definitely not cheap.
It’s beautiful
We had to book this hotel suddenly there was an issue with another hotel we book and we didn’t regret it! We stayed on the 12th floor with an ocean view. The room was great, clean, had a small kitchen with all you need to cook food yourself, we only made tea and coffee in the morning though because there are amazing restaurants 100 feet away in each direction. The hotel is pricey but compared to the other hotels nearby - the price was reasonable. I loved the water pressure in the shower, did not want to get out of it :)
Great service, but hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast doesn't start until 9am which doesn't work for any working professional.
