Located at the end of strip there’s so much construction. Construction on the streets and in the hotel. The courtyard was being renovated so we did get to enjoy it. Had I known it was under construction I might not have booked here. There is no where to park other than valet. It’s $52 a day. Their outside restaurant was shut down no real perks here other than chairs at the beach and if you want an umbrella it more. No breakfast, no hot tub, no outdoor restaurant. The best was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. Staff was mostly friendly but not a lot of interaction. The view was nice from our room.

This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade should not be used by orbit we arrived late at night. There were no linens for the pullout couch. Elevator was filthy posters were hanging curtains were falling curtains were dirty door knobs, were off the dresser the sign out front at the top of the building was hanging off. There was a homeless person at the end of the driveway all set up in their camp. There are people walking around on drugs it was Terrible the dumpsters were outside Right from our window the pool was indeed of updating looked out over a rusted roof. We left that night and had to go pay for another hotel. Staff was not friendly.

The facility is showing its age a bit and is undergoing renovations, when we arrived the lobby was quickly filling up with an angry mob because the computer system went done. This is where the staff really impressed us. Lena and Emanuel handled a stressful situation with incredible grace and professionalism and eventually got everyone sorted out. We had a couple of other nuisances like a TV that didn't work but at the end of the day Bill Stienberg made it right with us, he clearly understands the hospitality business and ran a tight ship. Special shoutout to Zerodia and Marietta who were also fantastic. We will be back when they finish the renovations.

Only valet parking available for $48 per night - no self park option. Each time you pull out of valet lot, you get a text offering to facilitate a cashless tip for the parking attendant, even if you have already given a cash tip.
