The food was below par and over priced. They make customers wear bands to ptove they are staying there but let other people use tge facilities that are not guests. Had a gruop of strippers on the beach that were not guests. They come there often. Getting free perks. Using the f word and n word a lot.
Room was run down , smelled musty. Much needed renovation. Bathroom in room was very small no counter space.
Ocean front balcony room was very nice. Wonderful views. Mermaid brunch at the wreck bar was fabulous. Beach was beautiful. Yummy slushy mojitos at the beach!!! B hotel gets a B because they B lazy and only B doing housekeeping service per 3 night stay. But we did get our bed made once!!
Customer service was not good. Got charged after reaching out daily for a week finally someone reached back out to refund it. Unreal to not be able to get in touch with a hotel to dispute a charge for a week. This isn’t a motel 6. Get it together guys
Nice clean hotel. I appreciate you getting our room ready 2 hours in advance when the airline changed our flight. The beach area was beautiful. I would have given you a 5 stars out of 5 but our breakfast service was horrible and it wasn’t crowded. Then one night we got woke up by your hotel staff talking on their personal phone very loud outside our room. I politely asked them to not talk outside our door while we were sleeping.
We loved our stay here-right on the beach! The price and charges were exactly as quoted. There was a resort fee but that was clearly articulated. The location is perfect. Front desk was responsive to requests. There were no bikes available-out of order which was disappointing. We would definitely stay here again
The lobby looks like its going to be a great place. But it is very underwhelming. 1st room was really bad in beach tower. Horrible smell (musty) and was dirty. Didnt appear cleaned prior to arrival. Mascara on mirror and toilet dirty in addition to some trash left on dresser. Went straight to lobby, asked for room change. . Ok, but $30 more per night because of limited availability. Room was smaller, but at least clean... they considered it an upgrade because of balcony. But service was good, they did give us free breakfasts and a couple of premium drink passes, so i was satisfied. However, there is no self park option ($55 per night valet fee ). And roughly $45 per day service and "resort fee" ... when NOTHING was available this time of year. In addition to what i paid orbitz, i owed $400 additional for 3 nights when i checked out. Money aside, i would NOT stay here again. Not within reasonable walking distance of main entertainment area up the road. Overall pretty unsatisfied with everything except the staff and the sushi at the naked crab (maybe the best i have ever had) but also very pricy ($20-30 per roll)
I love this hotel, really good customer service.
Enjoyed our stay except it would have been nice to know about parking before arrival. Valet parking was $50 per day and there was no other options of where to park without having to pay.
-room could use more thorough clean -odour in room which we informed guest service -room phone broken, attended by maintenance but was informed it would be a few days before it would be working, unable to contact front desk or housekeeping, had to leave room (we were on 1/ floor and in a building away from front desk) to go and ask for towels etc -$25 for beach umbrella -gym situation and equipment very poor, broken machines and missing parts on equipment, very disappointed
