Clean property, spacious rooms
The restaurant bar was filthy, and the person bartending just kept waiting on people one after another without cleaning the counter you had to wait 20 minutes for a drink. The food was overcooked, especially the fish and chips and the chicken fingers on the breakfast bar was all crumbs. It was absolutely filthy. I ordered a bottle of wine and they had no corkscrewed uncork it. The rooms were fairly clean the outside of the building was clean, but the service was absolutely horrible and I was not the only one complaining. There was other people in the bar and restaurant complaining all night. The 24 hour coffee was ice cold when I got a cup of it today at 4:30 AM. And there are two women at the desk just sitting there, not paying attention to it. It seems that at this place the workers are very lazy and just hope that somebody else cleans up after them, but as far as the food and drink area and the front desk. It was absolutely a horrific experience. The only person when I checked in yesterday afternoon was the black gentleman, a thin, black gentleman in a blue suit that was running around trying to do everything the front desk answer the phones help with the bartender to try to find a wine opener, helping with coordinating food service with the bartender. The bartender tipsy and it was only her second day and she didn’t know what she was doing so maybe she needs some more training.
Easy to get to from the airport using the shuttle service. Nice friendly staff.

The shuttle driver almost ran my foot over ! And the hotel front desk took my money & did not let me stay !!!
Despite the various lamps the room was not well lit.the bathroom was not cleantub had a back up while showering.
