Their check-in office closes at 5. They did not tell us this. When I came to check into our room, I saw the sign for the office on the fourth floor. I go up there and the sign says the office is closed. Call this phone number so I called the phone number standing there feeling very unsafe it’s dark not familiar with the area. The girl on the phone proceeded to tell me I would receive a a text, wanting my drivers license and credit card??? There was nowhere to even lay my credit card down to take a picture... I was very uncomfortable with the whole process was ready to call the police at this point. Thankfully I had my phone and I had enough battery. I did not know this was going to happen this way. So I dug through my purse, standing in a dark hallway, trying to find the information that I do not agree with sending over the Internet in order to get my code for the door. This was very unprofessional. For compensation. They extended the check out two hours…The floors were sticky there was nowhere to set your make up on or even a hand towel after using the bathroom sink. The shower was a joke. The only thing this place has is location. It’s a shame that they don’t invest in their investment. Oh, and the elevator was terrifying, it looked like it had been vandalized, and had graffiti all over it.
