This was a horrible stay. The floors were dirty and the matress had a huge "sunken" hole in the middle that made it unsleepable. Had I h ad my family with me, I would never have stayed one night in this hotel. Incredibly disappointed.

When we first arrived we were told they didn't have a room available for us even though we had already paid for our stay prior to arriving they said it was because of a system glitch that the hotel was overbooked they sent us to a neighboring hotel that was dirty and smelled awful we could not sleep that night it was an awful experience
