The pool was never cleaned. The hot tub heater was broken and colder than the pool. No room service. Towels were requested but never delivered. Had to get moved into 3 different rooms during our 3 night stay because of the refrigerator, phone and tv not working in the first room. Second room was handicap accessible and the shower head flooded the bathroom floor. Finally the 3rd room the AC did not work and had to be serviced. Guests were skimming the pool out daily. No locks on the gates to access the pool making it easy for random people who are not guests of the hotel to walk in, use the amenities, and risk the property of the guests sitting by the pool to be stolen. Overall, the hotel was decently priced and nice, but the amenities and guest services was very very poor.
The room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful only short distance to the beach and all the dining ! They have transportation if you dont have car which is a nice feature
Overall our stay was great!! The heated pool, bistro restaurant and customer service were wonderful. The room was pretty clean besides the drapes in the main room and some knocks on the furniture. I would definitely stay here again!
Property was decent location. Hotel in decent condition, room was fine and they offerred a shuttle. Breakfast at a fee onky ril 930M. Unfortunately last day the power went out in the hotel. Smelled smoke We were forced to evacuate. Could not shower. Finally fire dept cleared people to go back in but not all power restored. No hot water& had to take cold shower. Courtyard said tjeu would compensate for the last night bit it wasnt on the receipt

The pool area was very nice. The room was spacious. It was a nice location, since it was not far from the beach.
Convenient to Holy Cross Hospital - comfortable rooms but room I had last month did not have a chair for reading and had to sit on the bed.
Marriott needs to install shower bars in bathtubs. Bistro was good for evening light fare and was tasty
Everything was clean and in good repair. One of the most helpful services offered by the hotel was the free shuttle service to the beach and beach chairs/umbrellas to use while on the beach. The staff was friendly and responsive to any needs we had.
The staff was accommodating . The only thing I didnt like was that they didn't have room service you had to pick your own food up.
Great location for us. Rooms and furniture in halls could use updating. Starbucks great in lobby.
