Would not recommend staying here. I had two room changes and each time the rooms smelled like cigarettes smoke in a non smoking room. Ironic I know. Then the first clerk that switched out rooms failed to put in the system so during the second night we were denied access to our new room until I spoke with their manager. Definitely not worth paying a si for penny here ever again or in any Motel 6 anywhere.
The room was very clean, but sparse. Had asked for ground floor room but none available. Staff were friendly and seemed competent. People hanging out in parking lot late at night (summer Saturday night), not sure they were motel guests.

I had spoke to 2 different people at your establishment and both couldn’t figure out what was going on nor could get anywhere with my refund. I will never use Orbitz and I will make sure none of my family or friends will either. You are a scam!
If you have coffee machine, that would be great. The room is clean. Bed is comfortable

The motel is alright, just questionable clientele in the other rooms.

Didn't have any expectations for this cheap hotel other than a place to sleep and shower. The person above is prevented the sleep. They were going in and out of their room the entire night yelling and stomping around. The showe had so much pressure it felt like needles on your skin and there was no soap in the bathroom

I understand your frustration. From your comments though, it seems that it was Orbitz that messed things up when they did not send us your reservation. As for paying twice, that should never happen. If Orbitz charged you, but never sent your reservation, they should refund you the full amount. If we somehow charged you twice, I would be happy to refund any extra charges. As I don't have any of your information, I have no way of knowing where the billing went wrong. If you would like to contact me directly, I would be happy to try and get it resolved. Not that we at Motel 6 are perfect, but we often have issues with outside reservation companies. You said that you booked with Orbitz, and your review came in through Expedia. It appears the something got lost in the middle. I am very sorry about what happened with your stay. If there is anything I can do please don't hesitate to contact me. All I can do is try.

We do offer coffee and tea from 6-10 A.M. in the front lobby. I know its not the same as having one in the room, but that is one of the ways that Motel 6 keeps the prices down. Unfortunately, coffee pots are one of those things that sprout legs. We do thank you for your feedback and hope to serve you even better in the near future. If you stay with us again, please ask if we might have a coffee pot that was left behind. We probably won't have coffee and filters, but its possible we will have the coffee maker.
