Good value for the price if you need to be near the Providence Regional Hospital. Good breakfast, great staff.
Clean and good overall
Pool was clean and warm. Location was ideal for the event we attended. Breakfast was awesome.
Had to change room three times, Got a key and walked to the room with someone inside, another room was with only one bed. Hotel is clean but unfortunately doesn’t have a hot tub. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again
The people working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Quite and within walkable distance to places
When we got there, they said we had already checked in, the staff had give our room to someone else, and checked them in under my name. We had to wait for over an hour for the staff to figure out what happened and then get us another room. Apparently, they didn't check the person's ID and just assumed that the person was me, it was appalling. I have never had this happen to me.
FANTASTIC
The corner king room with a balcony was nice with a water view. Don't be alarmed by the wafts of recreational marijuana rising from the public sidewalk below.
Delay with checking in. There was an issue regarding check in that should have been resolved through Orbitz
The tub and sink did not drain properly- 6 inches of standing water for a 5 minute shower. Front desk gal at check in was nice. Front desk gal at check out not so much. Walls are thin- there was a family of drunk people in the room next to us yelling and fighting for hours. Disappointed all around.
