I just love staying at Chase Suite Hotel, it just feel like a second home rather than a small expensive hotel room. I love that it has a full kitchen and a good size living room makes the stay more convenient for my kids and for myself.
Rooms are large and they have kitchens with full-size appliances.
Wonderful place to stay for several days. Had everything we needed, including a full sized fridge. Will stay there again when we come back.
We really didn't know what to expect when we booked this room, but it was perfect. There is a "home-y ness" about it that allows you to be comfortable. Our stay was short, but if we are ever in El Paso for a longer stay we will definitely stay again.
I chose Chase Suite as it was close to the airport as well as to other places I was visiting in El Paso. The price was also affordable, especially as I was booking a room at the last minute. The front office staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. My room was ready when I arrived. It was clean, modest and comfortable. There was a large screen TV, writing desk, couch, kitchenette with full-sized fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans and some utensils. The bed was clean, comfortable and neatly made. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked great. I found extra toilet paper and supplies under the sink cabinet. The wifi reception worked well. The room was perfect for my needs and I would not hesitate to book a room at Chase Suite next time I'm in the area.
The staff is always amazing! What my family enjoyed this time around was the daily breakfast and the dinner.
Very nice place to stay but......with two kids under 2 yrs old, a couple strollers, 3 big suitcases and NO HELP from the lobby to bring all that to the second floor wasn’t what I expected! Would not recommend to a family with small children
The place was ok, only thing is that you can hear the footsteps of the occupants upper level.
