When I arrived to check in they tried to charge me a different price as Expedia offered me. They charged me a deposit for instance, it is been 5 days since I checked out and they haven’t credited me back the deposit. When I got to the room the bathroom was dirty so they checked me in other room.

Casino trip
It was a quick last minute overnight trip to the casino. We’ve stay there before but it had been a long time so things changed there. There isn’t cofffeemaker in the room and to my surprise they charge 50.00 deposit for towel damage mind you they only give 2 bath, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and a bath mat not the best quality either. When you check out they say after they check the room will they refund your 50.00 Needless to say I was a little disappointed

First room toilet broke,2nd room lights not working, said that maintenance would f8x never did. Over charged my card and told me it wasn't their fault it was my card. We used to stay here a the time,and had gteat service will kot stay again.
